hi can someone please help me! ive changed the engines overy from my gsi to another shell as the gsi was total rotten but now i can not get the car to start ive changed the fuel pump relay and checked the leads and plugs and they are fine its got a new dizzy cap, rotor arm crank shaft sensor, temp sensor! it has fired a few times but wont stay going and is smoking big time! any1 have any ideas what it could be???? its real bugging me know because ive done the conversion a few times now

yea ive made sure they are! i dont know whats happening with it! i think its kicked the pan

have you mixed up which keys you have with which transponder and ecu?

its just the same key that came with the new car! it did have an alarm under bonnet but no key fob so we just ripped it out! could that have anything 2do with it?

Is the fault code reader rigged up to let you do the paper clip test?

dont have a clue what is it you are speaking about? lol i might just get a shot of my mates new snap on tool 2 see if there is any codes
