alright a have a corsa gsi but has a t reg 1.6 16v corsa sport engine in it have had an overfuelling problem since engine got put in.it has a mantzel inlet,piper track day cams and 4 branch but was still overfuelling before this.i have changed fuel pressure regulator ,coolant temp sensor,air intake sensor,lamda sensor and checked for air leaks,all ok now but still the same.any ideas?

i would get a diagnostic check might be the ecu at fault are you running management on the modds you have done?

My dad works at Vauxhall, had it plugged in and no errors were showing? Car is running standard management.

Start car up at any time, and automatically it reeks of fuel, hydrocarbons in emissions test were 1200!!! should be under 200. When I am infront of anyone, all they smell is fuel. After fitting brand new plugs, after 10 mins running plugs are pure black with carbon soot

checked it on a tech2? must be a dodgy sensor.

Aye checked on the tech2 already...nothing at all showed up? Av changed every sensor possible...strange one eh. Any chance anyone would have the part number of the ecu thats ment to go with that engine as I am not sure if the original GSI ecu is still in the car, as I never did the engine change.

whats the 4 letters on the ecu. tell me those and ill tell u what car the ecu is off

sounds like my problem, which as Dave's says was the ECU.

I had the same mines was the temp sensor and o2 sensor runs a treat now..
