ok iv had a couple of noises coming from my car for the last couple of years and i thought its about time i sort em out.
the first is wen reversing - its not the normal crunch wen u change gear that every1 talks bout, its while reversing. I can only describe it as a loud, fast, deep clacking, that changes speed depending on how fast i go. Like if a bolt was hitting each tooth of a cog or somethin. Its coming from the back end of the car, and it doesnt always happen, only if i reverse 2 quick. Used 2 happen less, but now its almost every time unless i reverse really carefully. Any ideas?
Also (less annoyingly) got a noise from the front, sounds like the passenger-side wheel, its a grinding, happens wen I turn sharply enuf 2 tilt the car 2 much. I'm thinkin maybe wheel rubbing against the inside of the arch, but its not lowered. Could it b knackered suspension so the car moves down 2 much?

Hard to say! Is the noise from the back end when you apply your brakes or not?
As for the front end, i'd take the wheel off and have a good look, going to be hard to tell from the above description.

I'll hav a look at the front soon, need 2 do the brakes anyway.
At the back, no not wen braking, only wen im moving, i start goin and its a deep creaking noise, then i'll speed up and itll b clack clack clack (cept very quickly) gettin faster, then itll slow as I slow, and stop wen I brake.
I would hav a look at it, but the problem is i duno where 2 b looking, or wot would b normal 2 c, and wot wouldnt The underside of this car is a mystery 2 me
