fitted lockwoods yesterday

speedo needle popped off, bugger! put it back to 0 and when i start the car it goes down to 6 o clock (bottom of dial)

also rev needle didnt come off,but its not showing correct revs

before it used to idle at just under 1k revs, now it shows near 0rpm

just a case of trail and error gettin them back to normal?

Fit them while the engine is running and you're stationary. Should be able to get them near enough on.

Are they moving correctly but misaligned, or not moving correctly?
