Last weekend my local garage went to fit the disc brake it never fitted right onto the hub (even with the screw in place) they showed me and it looked like it need some kind of inner lining or something to sit properly therefore never put them on as there was like a 3mm gap around the central of the hub.

Anyone else experienced this or can advise a solution??

Right, i've just noticed on the pic when it's on his car that he has a 1.6 engine in, would it make a difference as i have 1.4 driveshafts??

DJ, you must have a problem with the discs.

Try buying some more and see how you go.
