How often does cambelt need to be changed? Had mine down at 69200. Car is now on 78000.

people say every 30 odd thousand miles i think if it's standard running.
if you dont know when it was last changed then maybe a good idea to get it done.

It was changed at 69200. Just wanted to make sure. The engine has had no mods to it. So should I do it every 30k or 40k?
