Definately go for an alpine. I had one with a motorised face, was best stereo I'd ever had. Paid £280 for it

About time Alpine started updating the screens, so many models look dated

I've just fitted a Pioneer 8600MP and its truely stunning.
Caraudiosecurity £299.
Don't buy an Alpine with glidetouch as its hopeless to use when driving, if you want alpine get the 9812RB or wait until March for the 2006 range without glidetouch.
