Only happened twice on two different days. When i'm just about to release the clutch with generous revs there is a knocking sound as i pull away. Its not the tapets. the clutch was replaced a month ago so could it be connected to that? the sound comes from the front right wheel area.

jack the drivers side front of the car up and check if there is any play in the wheel.

Check wishbone bone bushes - have changed a few of these recently!
