I want to lower my car - Corsa 1.8 SRi on standard alloys (195/55/16) but I don't want it to become really rattly.

My previous cars (Nova and Corsa B) were both lowered (about 35-40mm) with springs only not a full suspension kit, and were really very hard rides and got rattly quickly.

Will a full suspension kit make any difference? I want the car lower but still want a reasonable smooth ride (if possible). Any suggestions or recommendations?

eibach springs are good for keeping a good ride quality.

Yep i'd say just Eibach springs, good ride comfort and good quality
