Hi all, just gonna fit some rear speakers and going to use the original wiring for now. Now I know the rear speakers have green plus green and brown cables on passenger side, plus white and white & brown on the drivers side.
Does anyone know which colour is for which polarity? Guessing going off the front speakers which use blue as positive and blue/brown as negative, for the rears, the one with the stripe in is the negative.
Is that right? Cheers for a quick reply

All wired up now, went the way I thought and it all sounds good, better than expected seeing as its all running from the head unit on standard cabling and its all cheap kit

Yeah you were right thinking the wire with the stripe in is negative. If you wire two speakers up back to front the theory says they cancel each-other out. Not that I noticed a great deal when one of my mates bought a car with speakers wired incorrectly.
