Been looking at a nice set of 16's for my new Corsa C, but they are ET 35! Will they be going clear of the arches even with a decent lowering (I'm thinking 60/40)?

doubt it, friendly offset is 40-45, irmscher ones aer ET37 and some say they rub

Unsure as all euro'd corsa's ive seen have crazy off-sets it just might be us Brits that are whimps & stick to the ET42-49 side of things.

Those the C has wider arches, might be worth a try, though couldnt you try before you buy kind of thing

Crazy offsets are usualy combined with extremely small rims though!

yep, it looks so cool

seen on old corsa b in total vauxhall magazine (think it was a german corsa) 14" schmidts 7" wide & 19/45/R14 tyres crazy but soo cool
