yeah you can use an f16 or f20 on either 8v or 16v

depends what you want really... 16v lump is superior tbh, but i'm out to prove a point to myself, i'm car shopping after christmas anyway

so whats the verdict. 8v or 16v i have no idea, about what or if there are advantages of the 8v

8v are far cheaper to buy second hand, 16v will deliver more top end power, however 8v would be different cheaper and fun

well i just priced up everything for a camblet change... including waterpump and i haven't hit 25 quid yet , thats one also with the head being smaller you can get to alternator easy, things like that... ease of access cheap parts, and power/torque being lower down the revs

There was a chap up in Leicester that had a J-plated SRi nova with the Cav 130 engine, went like stink
