What is best to use to smooth plastic arches into plastic side skirts?

Fibreglass and resin?
p38 and p40?
Fibrefil?

Which would be strongest, most durable and basically best to use?

Any help appreciated

melting actual plastic, smooth it over that way. sounds silly at first but its gonna be stronger than fibreglass stuff
