Right.... ive got a C20LET from an M reg Calibra which the gear box (F28) is the later one with electric speedo. My Corsa is a V Reg sport with electric clocks.

Were does the feed for the speedo come from on the box (F28) or did it read from the the transfer box on the Calibra.

How did people get round this if they have one of these boxes?

no matey, he had a mech box and used the unit from the f20 for the digi clocks to give a reading to the electirc clokcs in the corsa.

front left ABS sensor takes the reading, otherwise get urself a mechanical box..

yeh im sure its the abs sensor, as i know someone having problems with this, mechanical box is the way forward

thinking about this again, it should work straight away if you are currently using electrical speedo..

I used Corsa Gsi clocks on my XE.... Cost £60 with a new cable

his box is electric... cant use a cable as the hole has been blocked off..

either drill the box to take a sender. or get an abs sensor one and re wire it all in. although his was electric before it probably plugged into a gearbox sender still unlike the f28 as it aint got one
