anyway of extending my aerial connection so i can plug it in atm, its to short and cannot reach

you can buy extensions from Halfords - 2m or 5m (just coil it up).
Does it not even reach if you take the ashtray out to get your hand behind?

Or you can take the ash tray out and get your hand behind the stereo and plug it in

Or if you mean the actual metal bit that plugs in the back of the headunit is too short you can also get an adaptor for that at Halfords so it will plug in no bother
