you will only need the downpipe and CAT part of the exhaust... i think your exsisting rad and fan should be ok... as should you driveshafts/cv's

i strongly suggest you go for another inlet manifold lexmaul/manztel right from the begining... the 1.6's aint all that quick without them...

Kay,

I think the exhaust system is the same on all cars, depends if you still have the standard one or not. But most after market systems have a one size fits all thing going on for Corsa B's (maybe with the 1ltr as an exception).

Will you need new CV boots?

Are the hubs the same?

Hubs are the same... shafts are the same, 1.2 engine mount should go on the 1.6 block if it doesn't no real issue anyway, the manifold downpipe and cat will allow it to mate to the existing exhaust system too

Are you sure you spoke to Lee Mitchell and not Grant Mitchell?

Lee knows what hes talking about, he done my 1.6 16v conversion.

Rob, if I were you I would consider keeping the electronic power steering that your 1.2 16v has as its much better thant he fluid driven one found on the 1.4 16v and 1.6 16v.
