i hear knocking in the back now and again. i thought this was the rubber cover locatied within the boot but thats pushed down ferm (ferm...mmmm)

what could it be? the bolts are tight. its only coming from the left side

something must be rubbing as i no that my back left rubs alot more than the right hand side, i think on most corsa they tend to rub more on the left, dont no why

exhaust on rear beam... common corsa problem, i'm having a side exit system built coz i'm fooked off with it

i think it will be the exhaust, it knocks on the rear beam and sounds really anoying, sounds like it is hitting the rear bumper!!

When ya lower ya car you do get a clunking from suspension, if its not the exhaust its spring chatter, summit ya have to live with

g-max? iirc have you used the g-max top rubber? or the original vaux one

if you have used the g-max one take it off and put the vaux top rubber in its place this will cure the knocking

i did use the gmax rubber. i'll try this, thanks mate

this is what I did.............

You can have the pipe in front of the back box twisted so that it sits clear though

i have the same problem wi my rear shocks but i think the knocking is caused by the top of the plastic sleeve (which is metal) that covers the rod, hitting against a metal washer that sits below the top rubbers. it comes from both sides too...

your's could be the same
