hi, im a bit new on here and i drive a 1.0 12v cos im only 17. i want to keep my car looking as standard as possible but would like to save weight, the other day i had the centre console off and noticed a brown foam, is this neccesary(sp) and is it worth going around the whole car getting rid of it all.

seats, spare wheel etc are more of an issue than foam

ak, jr, broster, myself, robmarriot...
all stripped out...
jr & ak though gone further with trimming/removing the dash so theres are even lighter...
