Probably a stupid question, but when adjusting the rear ( i have the ones that sits on an adjustable platform ) do i screw it up or down to make it lower ?

See thats what i thought but then i thought the springs would be compressed more if it was up making it lower

wind them down mate trust me the spring is at its most compressed when the wieght of the car is on it you cant compress them more by winding the adjusters up
