After years of jackin my corsa up to fix it every time it bust the under sills have got a wee bit bent n damaged. can these parts be replaced or whats the best way to fix em...

well where my trolley jack had mishaped em a bit i knocked em back using a hammer and a bit of wood... then jus re-undersealed em. If they're really really screwed tho then u can get new sills fitted but its not an easy job. grinding out the old and welding in the new! bodyshop job really...
