I have recently changed the gearbox on my 1.2 8v LS, the battery has been disconnected for about 1-2 days. I assume my ecu has lost memory now and needs to run up and configure itself?

But does it do it automatically? as the car seems to run very lumpy and pops thru the filter now and again.

Could it be trying to map up as a standard 1.2 and not reconising the decat, backbox and filter?

please help
