Any bodyshop... Powder coating is tougher and cheaper though

It won't gloss as much as a two pack painted and laqured finish (two pack is the sort of paint used on most cars that have been re-sprayed - it is mega shiney - look at the pictures of my car at max live in my garage for an example)
