Looking to know how this is done, guy who does my bodywork wouldnt mind adding it to his list of what he can do, works in a body shop but never done it before  , Pic of a perfect example need to know its ins and outs, cos hes not touching my motor untill he understands what to do

in guessing.
you would have to cut out metal plates in similar shapes to the red bits, weld them in plce and then filler and fiberglass till smoothe.
oh and then paint.

if he works in a bodyshop he shud be telling you how to do it whether or not he has done it before, he should just know!!

simple weld the plates first depend ow much the customer wants the badboy, then fibreglass over, then filler to get correct shape, primer and respray.

thats my car...
as said, metal plates cut and welded, then grinded to be nigh on smooth and a skim of filler over the top basically.
Cost me £80 including having the bonnet resprayed.

berkshire bodyshop, painz uses it to, captain_rosco is going there, and the orange corsa iaz had was done there aswell...
