i want to lower my car(corsa on a 98 plate) 40mm or 16's will i need to flare my arces or will the wheels fit striaght on, the wheels are 16x7.0. also does any one know wot percentage of your premium it cost to insure suspension.

Should be ok m8, you may need to remove 2-3 of the arch bolts, but u can do this after , as long as they are et45 drop it no worries..
