i bought sum pioneer 6x9's they are the yellow kevlar 360 watt cnt rememba the code and im powering them off a 280w mutant amp, i bought the amp for 15 quid off ma mate it was only to get me started n e ways the 6x9s go loud but i thought they would go much louder but the are distoting to fuck is this because the amp is a load of rubbish

yep, mutant amps are absolutley shite! i should know cuz i have to sell em!
ive got the pioneer TS-E6996 6x9s running off a 4 channel 460w pioneer amp and they sound the nuts and go very loud without any distortion! make sure u use a good wiring kit aswell

i looked at the box and myn are the TS-E6996 6X9s as well wot amp does any1 reccommend for these speakers (i will only be running these 6X9s off it)
