£400-£500 to spend on stereo and alarm any recomendations?

At the moment I got 170w pioneer door speakers 330w pioneer 6x9's and 2 x 12" pro plus woofers 880w amp and 200w amp! My head unit is on its last legs so need a new one bu there are so many available i dont know where to look! preferably need WMA compatible!

I also need a new better alarm cos the one i got is also poor (bloke who had car cudnt fit it properly obv)

Any suggestions??
