Just had a quote from Adrian Flux insurance and they will insure me "FULLY COMP" on my corsa sport with a 2.0 16v conversion for £950!

I'm mega chuffed, just need a rough price for the conversion if I bought a whole running Cav sri 2.0 16v???

Please help, I'm bouncing off the walls with excitement at the mo!

Lee.

Engine and box - £500 for a good one.
Fitting kit - £500
Brakes and suspension - £400
Labour unless you're doing it yourself - around £500

I would also recommend changing gaskets, cambelt and rollers, water pump etc

I know but I was more helpful and gave him a breakdown of costs. Kindly GTF! If you aren't doing the conversion yourself then Lee Mitchell is the man for the job. Someone above said Beardy but I wouldn't trust him to fit a headlight bulb

I would recommend MJ Motors (Birstall) for engine conversions.

I've never seen any of their work though so they might be cowboys.
