Was on the rolling road yesterday and car was running lean!
gona change the fuel pump.. wat have people used??
the original one was 1.4 8v SRI

16v mpi

1.4 16v sport or 1.6 16v GSi/ sport, think there the same

Do you know that it was running lean due to lack of fuel pressure though?? Could be dirty injectors, or Fuel pressure reg failing aswell.

yep, 8v mpi pumps arent man enough to run a valver, get hold of a 1.4/1.6 16v pump

all mpi pumps put out the same pressure

no all cars equiped with mpi engine's

X10XE
X12XE
X14XE
X16XE
C16XE
C14SE

The pumps from these cars will be fine on any 2.0 vaux only list 2 pumps for the corsa 1 for spi and 1 for mpi

It could be a number of things, fuel filters etc etc
