I just got a corsa 1.2 ls 8v and would like to fit a Dash with Rev counter.
Could anybody tell me how to find out if its a electric or cable speedo or what part no. it should be.
The bloke at the scrappy asked,
(On the face of your speedo it will say either W= or K=. What numbers follow
the = sign)?

got an 1995 corsa 1.2 LS 8v'er, screw on the new dials and it rev counts like a beauty!

properly a speedo cable pre 97 8v. its easy to take the dash apart on corsas so have a look. Unlike Danz_Corsa mine wouldn't plug n play. You may need to wire up the green cable from the loom

What number you got on your speedo eg 0-130 or 10-130 etc?

Just looking on the a site, there are 3 rev counter types;
400PP 10-130
40FFF 0-130
40GGG 0-140
do you know which one you fitted?

10-130 on a 1.2 8v up to 7 on the revs. Thats what should be on your current speedo

just got a new set of dials wiv rev counter off ebay the arrived today. They were £27 inc p+p. On the same subject does anybody know how to adjust the milage so that it is the same as my original clocks.

£200 was approx new from vaux not off ebay. You'll be taking the clocks to pieces suchcorsa1.2_8v to alter the mileage so wouldn't bother coz involves taking the needles off and everything

i got a set on here for 50 quid and that included delivery to me over here.
they even came with white lockwoods and reg needles....
honestly dont go wasting 200 on a set of these.
