ford question

it jumps out of reverse sometimes

and when hot 1st and 2nd erm dissapear

would a worn clutch do this or do i need a new gearbox

sounds like my m8s panda, had to hold the stick in 5th gear with his knee till the gearbox appeared in the rear-view mirror

definitely not clutch a clutch cannot make a car jump out of gear unless you havent put it in properly.
However if its mtx i doubt its box with that fault either.
Could be cable linkage or engine mount faults possibly!

engine does move a little but i dont thing its enuff to pul it out

someone mentioned the "link arm" i dunno where it is im not up on pulling ford's apart yet
