its not low enough? i have 16's on and i only have the adjusters wound down half way and the wheel is bet up into my arches.

Strange. now the front on the other hand is WAYYYY up in the air cos the spring platform will rub the tyre if i lower it any more. dunno what to do really

in answer to yer question id say it will be reduclously low if you take the addjuster out

the corsa c coilovers only go to 55mm, i would say it has only dropped my car about 40mm and removing the adjuster would give another 10mm or so. Front is spot on.

is that right, makes the spring smaller so car is lower?
Which way do the fronts need to go? higher up the threads make car lower?

no no lower down the thread makes the car lower

the spring always stays the same length

On the front AND the back, u wind the plates DOWN the threads to make it lower, painz is set as low as it can be on c and its not that low at the back, however on the b it is low, mine was like that originally and i had to raise it, it was rubbing continuously.

The spring doesnt change size m8, u just move its position, so moving it closer to the ground will make the car closer to the ground....

yeh i'm gonna get some spacers and i'm gonna get the other helper springs that cheekycorsa was talking about . theres about a 2 inch gap between my front wheel arch and my wheel looks a bit silly but the handling is superb. i had the helper spring removed and it was at the perfect height but the handling was alover the place the steering was very ropey and the wheels were rubiing the suspension tie bars at full lock.

none of that messing with the helper springs back in.

the back is perfect appart fromt a bit of rubbing going over the bums but the angle grinder is coming out again this evening

u wont need to change the helper, i havent....
I can go another 30mm odd lower at the front if i want but its already too low tbh!

U cud remove the adjusters i suppose, it would be lower for sure and the spring should sit alright on the base, but im not sure...

Id give FK a buzz tbh m8 and check with them
