my vacume pipes on my mantzel very smilar,
the vacum pipe runs from the brake servo vacum pipe connection split in 2 with a t piece, one goes to the fuel pressure regulator then the pipe goes off again and splits a second time, one goes to the fuel tank vent valve the other goes to the very small cam cver breather hope that helps, what engine is it, have ya tried the paer clip test to check te fault code

fault codes dont work on his. and it says in the instructions to connect the vacum from brake servo to map sensor and fuel regulator only. so the egr has no vacum now or the cam cover breather. was a right shit to fit aswell. nothing like the mantzel
