just about having the right software and hardware.
A nice cheap setup is a teamspeak server, you run the teamspeak client, all of you connect to the server and BANG! Conference call style talking.
software = free
hardware = headset with mic, so £15?

i suppose my PC is right next to my bed, so i would probably be better off just getting a mic and using msn. The webcam is one of the best things ive bought, had so many funny things happen with it!
