I contacted the seller but had no reply, so I've just contacted Ebay.
Even though these pics are in my garage, is it an infringement of copyright for the seller to use them to profit, without my permission? Or do any pictures on the net become "freeware"?

no they still belong to you and they cannot be used without the sole permission of the artist.

yeah m8 get on ebay you will make loads more and im sure all the cs lot would give you good feedback to boost sales.
