	I contacted the seller but had no reply, so I've just contacted Ebay. Even though these pics are in my garage, is it an infringement of copyright for the seller to use them to profit, without my permission? Or do any pictures on the net become "freeware"?

	e.mail ebay and inform them that it is your picture and they do not have any rights to use it to advertise their product
