yes but the people that taking the piss are tossers. you just have a lack of information thats all. forget about using the turbo off the car. it will be too big to be of any use to you if you were to even attempt to do a conversion. plus the flow rates of the turbo would not be suited either. you can't just wack any turbo on any engine and expect it to work well
