Well if I had the choice of a Z4 or a VX220 I think the BMW would take priority! If people are gona buy a VX220 why dont they buy a lotus instead or something else?? Thought VX was based on a lotus?? Desgined by them anyway?
My dad got a Z3, when you drive them its soooo nice and fast.
Z4 looks quality too.

BMW is a much better name than Vauxhall. Just imagine yourself in a club, and a fit biatch asks you what car you've got, if you say BMW you win.
Thats why my Dad got a tuned up Porsche Boxster rather than a BMW M Coupe cos he has got a "Porsche" not a "BMW" And its better built and sounds nicer.

always the problem with the vx220, people seem put of by the badge.
It terms of performance which one is the better sports car? dont really know any specs for the Z4. Just thought the the claim BMW make on the advert is very bold to say the least.

must admit the Z4 is a nice looking motor, side on it has the same lines as the old shelby/ac cobra's (my favourite car of all time)
but overhere there is nice yellow VX220 with the black wheels, that also turns alot of heads

That can't be true? The Z8 has a 400BHP V8 in it, 0-60 in 4.7 secs. Theres no way that girly Z4 will match that? Maybe they mean in its price class? But then I'd still put my money on a Boxster S or a Honda S2000.

I would say out of the 2 the VX220 Turbo as the Z4 will be more common then a fiesta XR2 plus the VX is built for track days

Z8 wasn't a production car though, it was made to order
boxter s is 0-60 5.30s
S2000 is 6.17s
Z4 is also quoted at 5.30s

Well the 200bhp engine in the VX220 Turbo does 0-60 in 4.7 seconds.
Imagine that with the boost turned up with a FMIC and some other bits and bobs, you could be looking at 0-60 in 4.0 seconds without spending £000,s .
