Originally posted by Steve cool id be tempted to get that shelf cut out, not sure how inegral it is though
No way  The car is still being kept fairly normal, sound system etc which is what the rear shelf is for.
Originally posted by Ben G i wouldnt even be taking panels off  g, you are a madman
Panels are going back on they just need removed to get seat belts / sound deadening out :)
Originally posted by Ben G id always be worried about the sell on value
To be honest though people look for M3's with this kind of stuff done to them so I know I can sell it as it is, when I bought it I had people messaging me asking if I wanted to sell it!
Originally posted by john-d back was already stripped tbh.. well kind of i recommend making it reversable mind
Exactly, and you can't get in the back, so what's the point of keeping weight in there :) It is all reversable. I contemplated grinding seat mounting points etc off so the back looks smoother but it's just alot more work and there's more weight that can be lost if I wanted to take the extreme weight loss route but all this is just about taking stuff out that easy to remove.
