my mortgage is just over £700 a month including bills and food its about £1100-1200 a month. oh the joys of living in kent :lol: | |

Didnt know you could get 75k on only 20k a year :! Maybe there is hope for me and the missus yet. As Cosmo said £900 a month AFTER fixed outgoings is loads | |

£900 is well enough to live on after mortgage (depending on if you have any extraordinary outgoings that is!). | |

Had mortgage advice and they said yes i can get a mortgage for 75k, but i need to run through costs to see if its a viable option! |
