self employed is fine just present 2 years worth of self assessments proving what you earned, unless of course you took loads of cash and didnt declare it :look:

Mortgage £669pm (£335 each)
House insurance +Life assurance £112 (56 each)

Gas/Electric £50 per month
Council Tax £90per month
Water £18
TV license £11.50 a month
Phone/Broadband £27 per month

Then we each have

Car
Food
Mobiles
Clothes
Going out

Its tough at the start but budget EVERYthing and it should go smoothly. Also shop around for gas/electric/insurance suppliers etc

own our own town house:

Mortgage: £880 (or £440 shared)
Gas/Elec: £80
Council Tax: £145
Food: £200 (Varies alot)
TV Licence: £100 (paid outright)
Home Insurance: £180 (paid outright)
Water £20 (if that).

Then you need to take into account any other bills you might have..
Petrol
Car insurance
Beer
Phone Bills

etc etc

Not easy, and we Personally struggle like hell, but i wouldnt have it any other way. At the end of the day we own our own 200k house and its a good investment.

im sure there used to be a list somewhere but i cant c it?

can some1 post up all that there is to pay out, eg, food, insurance, tv, waste, water, elec, gas etc etc, and a rough price for 2 people in a small house (2bed)

cheers :)
