Mum and Dad are doing this with Lloyds TSB, they had to pay the £10 for the statements though, but it's worth it when you get all your charges back. | |

Yeah ours was FD... they didnt ask me to sign anything re futue charges jus agree that they arent admitting liability, jus avoiding court for commercial reasons | |

yeah i had to sign something similar, im wondering if that really hold up though, as regardless of what you sign, if they continue to charge, they are still illegal non the less, you signing a form cant give them right to carry on illegal stuff :boggle: | |

i got £414.10 nope dont close the account, u do have to sign something to say that you wont be claiming any charges back from them ever again. | |

these websites that charge to get your bank charges back are a con, you can do it yourself, just write a letter saying you want them back lol | |
