But then u got food and mobile etc on top of that, then car so insurance, tax, MOt and servicing, petrol bla bla bla all adds up and im left with £40 lol

I pay about £650 inc contents insurance!

But mines 40% shared ownership

Council Tax: £138 - till april when it will go down

Water: £37.50

NPower gas/electric: £80

Buildings and contents: £26.70

Tv/phone/internet: £40

TV licence: £26.30

Expensive but worth it for all that freedom! :thumbs:

My girlfriends dad mentioned that their total utility bills in a month were £160, then again that is a lot of people in their house, continuously using the tumble drier and people are home all day so the heating is on a lot etc.

So yours will definitely be cheaper than that :lol:

EDIT: I think that was just water, electric and gas, not taking into consideration everything else.

Just after an idea what people pay in bills a month, in regards of water, electricity, gas, council tax. Hopefully moving out some time soon with my gf - luckily I should only need a 20 or 30k mortgage due to money left to me, so after an idea what bills will be as I will have 2 cars to run then there will be the gf's car aswell.
