what kind of boiler do you have? do you have a hot water tank? | |

Yeah, sounds like a fuse the supply for the boiler is probably on the same circuit as the sockets that have gone out, your kitchen probably has its own ringmain and they have prob spurred off that for the boiler supply (electrical). | |

It will be a fuse. You just need to identify which one! Easiest way is to switch all your lights on and plug desk lamps or radios into the wall sockets and then take one fuse out at a time until you work out which one is which. Once you know make sure you label them better than they are at the minute. | |

Last night my kettle blew and it has knocked out all of my sockets in the kitchen (cooker is ok) |
