But also, it's totally free and doesn't require a new contract. I think they just assume that they will get their money back with the new services the box is compatible with, or maybe they're being nice seeing as I've been a customer with that box since 2007 (highly doubt it though). | |

If they are tieing you into a new 12 month contract then I would be wanting more than a new box. Just look at the offers for new customers. | |

Knew about the internet thing - use them anyway :) Thought it would be another 12 month contract, but was wondering if they'd get me to subscribe to HD also. | |

I've got a 1st generation Sky HD box which is a bit slow and crappy now. I've re-built the power supply however, so it's nice and reliable. |
