I doubt that bt connect is using OWA so you could forget the exchange bit, more than likely find the address needed on the btconnect FAQ's | |

yeah that would be one way. is his private one through btconnect then? do they definately support you using the exchange option? | |

just been talking to my boss alex as he knows more than me, he says to make sure the blackberry has been provisioned for enterprise use, you'll have to make sure with your service provider. it may give you the option to use exchange but it will never work without it. | |

Their are two blackberry set ups as far as i am aware. | |

Is the email account your trying to access an inhouse company one (work email) one or a pop3 account i.e bob@hotmail.com? | |

yeah, may not need the second /exchange bit. may also need https:// instead of http:// | |
