Im sure ive seen cars with 'tuning boxes' worth around the £200 mark, getting close to 200bhp/33% more power? So that means, for an extra £420 (on top/over a tuning box), you can have an extra 25bhp? Don't get me wrong, I think you've done well to get that amount of power from the engine, IMO, i just can't see spending that amount of money, for 'such little gain'
This will be much better than a Tuning Box If you think spending £620 is a bit much for adding 50% of the original power, then I'd like to see your opinion of other cars and the cost it'd take to make that sort of increase! For a 60bhp increase on my car (less than 25% of the original power), I'd be looking at around £4k minimum, which would also include changing the Intercooler, Radiator & Turbo... As Graham has said, considering these are pretty basic near enough Bolt On mods, that is amazing value for money. [Edited on 12-11-2012 by djgritt]
