My other half's V6 always has steam from the exhaust these days even when the engine is warm (coolant levels are fine, no mayo etc.) it's just because it's fucking freezing outside!

Used to find I had even more on the decatted cars I've had

As ed has said, its probably just the condesation due to cold weather If it has only done it since being cold outside.

condensation in exhaust system

When it's cold you see the steam condensing as it exits the exhaust pipe :!

Unless you've got mayo or you're loosing water then the HG diagnosis is web forum bollocks.

Usually if its the HG there will be PLUMES of steam coming out and you would not want to drive it.

head gasket on the way out. the white smoke is water being burnt off (almost like steam) check your oil see if its creamy on the cap or stick, and also check water levels. losing water? black/orangy water?
