quote: A good mates on the armed forces and based down south (kent)! He only drives home at the weekend on the motorway so you would think his wouldnt get cloggged up at all (its the astra sport hatch 1.9 cdti)...his car has done 30k! He has had to take it off, clean it all (it went into limb mode), then after a few thousand miles it did it again and he had to replace it. Very poor!

quote: Yeah 20 mins, 15 if you're quick. Its a shit job to do, main problem is getting the torx bolts out from underneath as there is fuck all room. I hope I never do one again in my life.

its a complete ass of a job, i would love to see somone actually do it in 20 mins, best way i found was to remove it with the egr cooler and replace the valve on the bench.
