Originally posted by Dave A John, you probably got your £150 worth. but why do only half a job? I would prefer to spend £300 and get more than double the gains and more performance. unless you dyno tested your car before and after your postbox ECU remap you dont have any clue what has been gained in reality do you?
This has been my whole point all along. I have never disagreed the rolling road one will be better, but I would not get double the gains as you have just claimed. Also on regards to before and after dynos, are you not one of the ones that say as long as it drives well :boggle: The car drove really well, was much faster over the places I measure it, meaning, in reality, that it was good. Is tomtom anywhere close to you? I'd absolutely love for you to dyno that ebay map then get double the gains and prove me wrong, and thats a normal custom map btw, no fancy turn everything up that high it would blow up after 5 mins just to get the figures.
