no, it would of been a skinny white man in a corsa if it were :lol::lol:

my mate parked on the middle of a roundabout/traffic island once, cos the queue for carpark was so long :lol:

it is illegal to block access to a path.. i had a car towed for this reason ;) although it was kinda planned

Yeah, cars should be parked on the road unless otherwise state by signs. Sometimes overlooked if its a narrow road though. If theyve got 2 cars put them closely either side of his to piss hiom off :).
